If you want to lose weight super quickly then there is absolutely no better way than to combine fasting with a ‘no sugar/no flour’ diet.
Find out more about fasting here.
This type of eating will focus on providing your body with the nutrition it needs whilst eliminating the foods that the body does not require (flour and sugar).
There is no need to count calories or weigh your food. Just eat the below foods within your eating window and watch the weight fall off!
Warning: If you eat a high sugar/carb diet the first few days will be tough. This is just until your body adjusts from being a sugar burner to a fat burner.

Once you get on board with this properly, you will not want to go back!
